Rodman’s daughter, Karen Rodman, has taken the position of President and has been involved in all aspects of the business since 1981. She has a State of Florida and Dade County license for roofing, painting and waterproofing. Ms. Rodman was the first elected female President of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida and served proudly in 2004.
