We experienced ourselves, and heard of many horrible stories about homeowners and contractors having so much issues and feuds during their remodels in general that it took us a while to pull the trigger. Thus, we were very skeptical at first no matter who we ended up signing with. With Mike however he gave us a lot of trust and assurance, and that helped us with our decision making. So we ended up with proceeding the project with him. This process did take us a couple of weeks, to build a connection and check his honesty and communication skills. Mike over the others that we had interviewed, did not provide us with the best price we gathered, we had lower ones and higher ones. He was in the middle range, so we felt it was very fair. Also we never take the lower bids no matter what, we learnded over timewhy not to do that. Mike did help us through each step in the process of this journey, each time we needed him.
