HOA's rarely have to deal with replacing a roof since that is something that happens every 40 years but Alma Roofing made it easy to understand the different options. From the very beginning they were very communicative in laying out the different plans and staying within their overall budget. Yuval was very involved the entire process until the very end. He wanted the community to be satisfied with the end product. Alli and their entire team was very responsive through the whole process and easy to get a hold of. The inspector mentioned that this was a great roof and could last more than 40 years and possibly 50 years. Here are some photos of the final product. We would consider referring them to our other communities in the future. 2 months ago Crystal Bentle ALMA was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Yuval and his crew.
